March 17, 2022 - The first modules for the project at the Koelmalaan at Alkmaar are in production. In the "Factory of Wooden Buildings" of The Groot Vroomshoop Groep they are busy assembling the required 260 modules. Together, these will form the largest all-wood residential building in the Netherlands. 
 
The project was commissioned by Woonwaard Noordkennemerland and will provide space for 129 apartments for social and middle rent.
 
In a few weeks, the first modules will arrive at the construction site!
