Finch Buildings is looking for an Office Manager to start immediately: someone who gets energy from structuring, thinking ahead, organizing, and connecting. You are the one who ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, so that our colleagues can focus on their work and our projects.
In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Operations. You will be involved in many disciplines: HR, finance, office management, culture, events, and internal communication. This means you will learn a lot, have a lot of responsibility, and make an impact every day.

To ensure our projects run smoothly from design to delivery, we are looking for a Project Manager that forms the missing piece of the puzzle between technology, process, and people. Someone who knows how to get things done, takes responsibility, and gets energy from progress.
In this role, you are the kingpin of your projects. You speak the language of the contractor, client, and architect and know how to connect interests without losing sight of the end goal. You are technically skilled, a strong communicator, and feel ownership of both the process and the result.
As a project manager, you will receive own projects, for which you are responsible from design to completion. You are the point of contact for the outside world and internally manages the team needed to achieve a successful project together.

For us, everything starts with technology. Our technical designers and BIM specialists form the heart of our organization and are crucial to the success of our projects. That is why we are looking for a BIM manager and a BIM modeler who, like us, are driven by technical innovation, sustainability, and collaboration.
In this role, you will work with colleagues on designs that are not only technically sound, but also truly feasible. You will advise and guide clients, architects, contractors, and our own team in designing and building with the Finch Platform. You will facilitate optimal collaboration between all parties through a smooth and structured exchange of information in accordance with ILS standards.
