You are the business card of Finch Buildings and driven by our mission to make the largest possible positive impact, you will actively seek out new projects.
You understand the consequences of (design) choices on the constructive building design, the manufacturability of our modules in the factory and on their assembly on the building site. You advise and facilitate the design team to design an efficient, attractive, feasible and affordable building. You keep an overview and monitor the schedule and budget for Finch.
Your understanding of the design process and organizational talent make working with Finch modules fun, logical and affordable. Together with the client, architect and consultants, you make sure everything is right.

As modular construction project manager, you will be the spider in the web for the factory, contractor, suppliers and consultants from the technical design to the delivery of the building. You see through the cohesion of our modules as part of the building and monitor that work is done according to the execution design. You advise and facilitate the factory and the (main) contractor to build an efficient, beautiful, feasible and affordable building. You keep an overview and monitor the schedule and budget for Finch. Your execution knowledge and organizational talent ensure that working with Finch modules is fun, logical and affordable. Together with the module factory, the builder, architect and consultants, you make sure everything is right.

Our technical designers/BIM coordinators are crucial to our mission. We are looking for a new colleague with an adequate level of construction knowledge and an above average knowledge and interest in the digital exchange of information between different systems.
As technical designer/BIM coordinator, you will advise and guide clients, architects, contractors and our own team memberswhen designing and building with the Finch Platform. You facilitate optimal cooperation between different parties by a smooth exchange of information in accordance with ILS standards and NAAKT coding.
