Finch Buildings is building for the future today. Our name derives from Darwin's discovery on the Galapagos Islands. And like that evolutionary bird species, our homes evolved to adapt to conditions. Because in today's climate crisis, no one wants to be a Dodo.
We envision a world where the built environment is part of the solution, rather than the problem. By reducing the amount of CO2 in our atmosphere, we help nature regain its balance. Solid wood buildings from sustainably managed forests are the natural solution, providing a healthy living environment for residents and the earth.
We have developed a building system consisting of prefabricated wooden modules with the lowest possible CO2 footprint both in production and use. Our modules are suitable for every target group and application. As a studio, two-, three-, or four-room apartment, office, care apartment or hotel. Durable and of high quality. Without concessions in design.
Homes by Finch Buildings are made of solid wood, the circular building material of the 21st century. This strong, environmentally friendly cross-laminated timber (Cross-Laminated Timber) lends itself perfectly to prefabricated development and construction of apartments.
