What does the future of affordable and sustainable housing look like? At Project Pasteur in Haarlem-Schalkwijk, you can already walk right through it. On Friday, October 2, we welcomed a small group of political representatives to Haarlem to show them what modular wood construction is already making possible and to discuss how we can work together to create more opportunities for it.
The Pasteur Project in Haarlem has been shortlisted for the 2026 National Wood Construction Award. This means the project is in the running for the People’s Choice Award. That award goes to the project with the most votes, so we need your vote.

Ilanit Welling recently joined the Finch Buildings team as office manager. This is a new role within our organization—and one we’ve all been secretly looking forward to for a while.
