Located in Heerhugowaard, De Klamp has not only made a significant contribution to the supply of affordable housing but has also had a lasting impact on the community.
As an example of modular and sustainable construction, De Klamp has resulted in a more efficient construction period, which has led to the rapid and cost-effective development of high-quality housing. From permit to construction, 4 different building blocks were realized within 1 year.
With 59 apartments conceptualised by us, we are happy to have contributed to the overall well-being of the residents and the environment.
This would of course not have been possible without De Groot Vroomshoop and Woonwaard Noordkennemerland! Our collaborative journey proves that speed and quality can also coexist for social housing projects, making sustainable living accessible to more in the Netherlands.
