Our second project in Alkmaar at the Koelmalaan location was constructed in cooperation with our partners De Groot Vroomshoop and Woonwaard, winner of the 'Sustainable Building Award 2019'.

A total of 129 apartments in the social and mid-rent segments and communal facilities have been created from 260 modules over five floors. In our largest building to date (12,000 m2), three different housing types were created: studios of 31 m2, three-bedroom apartments of 61 m2 and four-bedroom apartments of 81 m2.

The facade is constructed of a circular façade system with glass elements and the property includes a communal courtyard garden between the two housing blocks.
