Finch Buildings has put together a new management team. Susanne Vruwink (Head of Operations), Timo Broersen (Head of Projects and R&D), and Tiejo Keppler (Head of Sales) form the management team together with founder Jurrian Knijtijzer and are jointly responsible for the day-to-day management of the organization.

The appointment follows the departure of Ties de Ruyter de Wildt, who, as interim co-director, contributed to preparing the new management team. Finch Buildings has explicitly opted for continuity and reinforcement from within its own organization. Susanne, Timo, and Tiejo have long held key positions within Finch and know the projects, partners, and ambitions inside out.

Susanne was already responsible for a large part of the operational management and, as Head of Operations, now takes full responsibility for the organization, people, and business operations.

As Head of Projects and R&D, Timo oversees the implementation of projects and the continuous development of the modular timber construction system. In doing so, he directly links technical innovation to the practical application of the projects.

As Head of Sales, Tiejo focuses on business development, acquisition processes, and further expanding and strengthening customer relationships. With his knowledge of clients and tendering processes, he provides a strong commercial basis for growth ambitions.

Jurrian is shifting his focus to strategy, partnerships, and market positioning. With this new management team, Finch Buildings is committed to further scaling up industrial timber construction and accelerating sustainable housing construction.
