We're excited to announce that our project in Koelmalaan, Alkmaar, has earned us a prestigious nomination for the National Houtbouwprijs 2023. Even more thrilling, we secured third place in the competition!

The Koelmalaan project stands as the largest solid timber residential building in the Benelux, designed to accommodate residents from both social and mid-market sectors. Constructed with remarkable speed, the use of solid timber results in the storage and savings of a staggering 3522 tons of CO2.

We'd like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to Miss Nienke and Barli for their award in the "Serial Timber Construction" category at the National Timber Construction Award 2023. We also want to recognize Startblock and their Warmenhuizen project, who joined us on stage, as well as all the other deserving winners and runners-up across different categories.
