Together with Elan Living, HBB Group, FARO Size Feeling Home we are building Project Pasteur in Haarlem, where healthy and sustainable living is within everyone's reach.

Project Pasteur comprises 179 homes (155 social rental and 24 medium rental) with an AA+ energy label and a healthy indoor climate. And the project provides space for a communal courtyard as well as the office and home furnishing store of Elan Wonen.

The plinth of the buildings will be built traditionally, on top of which a total of 322 wooden modules will be stacked. Our largest project to date! Project Pasteur is an example of how modular timber construction is an important asset to realize social housing, faster, more affordable and within CO2 budget. Together we set a new standard!

In February 2025, alderman Floor Roduner fired the official starting shot for the construction of Project Pasteur in Haarlem. This 'start of construction' was given a personal touch: all invited guests were allowed to leave a personal message on one of the wooden beams. This beam is placed in the construction as a time capsule - a nice symbol for the cooperation of this sustainable project!
