We are thrilled to announce the completion of the Tuinfluiter project in Heerhugowaard, in collaboration with Ooijevaar | bevlogen bouwers. This remarkable achievement marks another milestone in our journey towards sustainable construction.
Last month, the new residents of Tuinfluiter received the keys to their new homes. The innovative housing project, located in the Draai area, was completed within a year by Ooijevaar | bevlogen bouwers and Finch Buildings.
The Tuinfluiter project showcases our commitment to timber construction.
Comprising 51 prefabricated timber modules stacked across three levels, the intricate wooden structure is not only visible on the inside but also adds a unique charm to the interior walls and ceilings.
The complex features a total of 30 residences, including 12 three-bedroom apartments, 4 two-bedroom apartments, and 14 studios.
