'Where many serial timber buildings have just left the starting blocks, Finch Buildings is already a lot further along. While there are always areas for improvement, this project demonstrates that affordable mass timber construction is possible and that it produces cozy homes that meet all the requirements for good housing and also, should the building ever be demolished, can be reused in parts.'
