We work together with Woonwaard   The Groot Vroomshoop Groep to our largest project to date. This consisting of 129 apartments for both, social and free sector rental.

The Koelmalaan project in brief

Our second project in Alkmaar will rise on the Koelmalaan in 2022. Again, we are doing so together with and our partner De Groot Vroomshoop and Woonwaard, winner of the Duurzaam Bouwen Award 2019. In this project, 129 apartments will be realized in the social and middle rental segment. The apartments and communal facilities will be built from 260 modules over five floors. In Finch Buildings' preliminary largest building (12,000 m2 GFA), there will be three different housing types: studios of 31 m2 (GO), three-bedroom apartments of 61 m2 (GO) and four-bedroom apartments of 81 m2 (GO). The facade will be constructed of a circular facade system and glass. Between the two building blocks there will be a communal courtyard garden.
