For the Oosterenk project in Zwolle, Finch Buildings worked with the DeltaWonen housing corporation, factory De Groot Vroomshoop and Startblock to create high-quality flex homes.

Successfully completed in October 2024, the project offers a sustainable living environment with 58 flex housing units, including 26 ground-level back-to-back homes designed by Startblock and 32 studio apartments and a meeting space for social activities (red pavilion), of which Finch Buildings was the architect.

All homes, ranging from 45 to 50 square meters, are self-contained units with their own kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom, ideal for one- and two-person households. Fifteen homes have been assigned to an assisted youth project and 20 to status holders.
