Work is underway on a new residential project on De Savornin Lohmanstraat in Amsterdam that combines speed, quality, and sustainability. Commissioned by the housing association Stadgenoot, Finch Buildings is developing 94 apartments in the social and mid-range rental segments in collaboration with Janssen de Jong Bouw and LEVS architects. The project also includes 29 ground-level homes being built using ModuFair, the housing construction concept developed by Janssen de Jong Bouw. A commercial retail space of approximately 250 m² will also be included. 

Both the wooden modules from Finch Buildings and ModuFair have a low MPG score and fit perfectly with the circular ambitions of the city of Amsterdam and all partners involved.
