For Woonwaard we developed 59 social rental apartments in Heerhugowaard for those who need them most - young people, emergency seekers and status holders. The project is divided into 4 different building blocks across the site and provides space for 34 studios and 25 3 or 4 room apartments. From prefab wooden modules to smart, energy-efficient housing. The social housing is gasless, well insulated and equipped with solar panels.

De Klamp was completed in 2024, in just one year van the first phone call to the first residents. This was made possible door intensive cooperation with the municipality, corporation and suppliers.

The project was realized by De Groot Vroomshoop in collaboration with Loohuis Installatietechniek.
