In 2012 we started with an idea for a circular construction concept. Two years later we saw Finch Buildings the light of life. In 2015 we built our first module, together with our partner The Groot Vroomshoop Groep. A year later we were at Fab City with our first show model of 4 modules. In 2017 we delivered our first project of 16 houses for Housing foundation Ons Doel in Leiden. We started this year with the delivery of 38 houses for Woonwaard Noordkennemerland.

Today we announce the start of the sale of M'DAM: 62 houses in 106 modules, of which 20 houses for Residential Company. Designed by Finch, developed by BMB development B.V.produced by De Groot Vroomshoop in cooperation with Loohuis Installation group B.V.   Nieman Consulting Engineers.

From 17 June 2020 at 1200h it is possible to sign up for an apartment in the largest solid wood building in the Netherlands!
