Construction of the residential building at the Performance Factory has begun. A place where young professionals and starters on the labor market will soon live, work and meet. Commissioned by Domijn, De Groot Vroomshoop in collaboration with Goossen Te Pas Bouw is building over 200 sustainable homes in the center of Enschede.

The 185 Finch Buildings modules are produced in De Groot Vroomshoop's factory less than 6 kilometers as the crow flies from the construction site. They will soon place these modules on a traditionally built base on the construction site, in which 17 live/work studios have also been created. To underline the combination of living and working, office, practice or studio spaces can also be found here. Expected completion is in early 2024.
