The Performance Factory is a place where young professionals and entry-level workers live, work and meet. Commissioned by Bundle (a collaboration between Domijn and de Veste). De Groot Vroomshoop, together with Goossen Te Pas Bouw, built over 200 sustainable homes in the center of Enschede.

The 185 Finch Buildings modules were produced at the factory less than 6 kilometers as the crow flies from the construction site and on site placed on a traditionally built base with 17 live/work studios. To emphasize the combination of living and working, office, practice or studio spaces are also located here. Completion took place in early 2024.
